Usage
The automatic double twist bunching machine is a high efficiency cable and wire making machine used for bunching bare copper, tinned wire, enameled wire, etc.
Application for:
Multistrand copper wire, aluminum wire, tinned copper conduct etc.
Also multistrand power cable, data cable, control cable etc.

1. Motorized payoff or back-twist payoff, tension keep stable from start to end.
2. Bow material : carbon fibre.
3. Brake: serve motor.
4. Motorized driven capstan. Lay length set on touch screen, no need to change gear mechanically.
5. Auto lubrication system: regularly lubricate important parts to prolong machine service life.
