Rigid Cage Stranding Machine
Rigid Type Stranding Machine can manufacture copper wire and copper tape shielding cable. It is suitable for armoring of copper, round aluminum wire, pre-twist sector conductor and steel wires armoring cables.
Usage
Our rigid cage stranding machine is industrial equipment designed for the high efficiency production of compact-strand bare aluminum wire, bare copper wire and ACSR for power cable production. The rigid strander is suitable for high speed operation with various safety devices to minimize downtime.
Main Capability Features
1) The reels are arranged around the stranding cages.
2) High rigidity, high performance, high speed and low inertia during operation.
3) Driven by 36-stage variable gear-box, dual hauling and dual active device. Natural wire distribution avoids abrasion damage when stranding.
4) Advanced emergency stop device directly controls every real. If any wire breaks, the entire machine will automatically stop at once.
5) Siemens PLC control system.

A Rigid Cage Stranding Machine is a type of machinery used in the wire and cable industry for the production of stranded conductors. It consists of a central rotating cage around which a number of bobbins or reels of wire are arranged.
The machine works by pulling multiple wires from each bobbin or reel, feeding them through a stranding die, and then twisting them together around a central core. The resulting stranded conductor is then wound onto a take-up spool.
Rigid cage stranding machines can produce a wide range of stranded conductors with different numbers of wires, lay lengths, and constructions. They are commonly used in the manufacture of power cables, communication cables, and other types of wiring.
