Usage
The machine is used to draw copper rod from Ø 8 mm to Ø 1.2~4.0 mm(drawing aluminium wire from 9.5mm to 1.7~4.8mm), which can be continuous annealed before the outlet wire wound by the dual takeup device or coiler.
Components
Pay-off stand, main drawing machine, continuous annealer(for copper wire only) , tension box, automatic dual take-up device(or coiler according to customer), wire pointer and stripper, electrical control system, etc.
Main Capability Features
1. The machine tank is one-piece casting part with advantages of beautiful appearance, advanced structure, low operation noise, efficient production and high economic benefit.
2. The drawing capstan diameter is Φ450mm, structure is in line tilting, which can avoid abrasion, squeezing of the copper wire. The capstans are of high hardness and rigidity. The fix speed capstan and drawing capstan are driven by different motors, adopt most advanced bus structure, so the speed can be synchronously adjusted and the drawing dies can be changed quickly.
3. Cooling type of drawing capstan is immersed type, drawing dies and copper wire can be cooled and lubricated in a best way.
4. There is separation between cooling & lube oil and gear box to prevent drawing oil leak into gear box. Multiple sealing methods are designed to put an end to leaking oil.
5. Drawing capstan, fix speed capstan and guide wheel are specially handled and have high hardness, abrasive resistance and long life span.
6. Driven by high precision grinding gear (gear material: 20CrMnTi, carburizing and quenching), with oil lacking protection system
7. Drawing main motor, fix speed capstan driving motor and take-up motor are all equipped with siemens full-digital DC speed control devices.
